The first step to a Better Financial Future is paying your loan on time.  We try to set you up for success by only approving loans our customers can afford.  And we work with an approved network of dealers with a history of selling quality vehicles.  That’s why each month over 95% of our customers are current on their payments.

Pay Online

Make a payment anytime with a Bank Account, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card.  Third party processing fees may apply.

Pay by Phone

Call 1-800-541-1417.  Your friendly Agent is available from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday to take your payment or you can choose to make an automated payment by phone 24 hours a day by choosing option 2.  We accept payments from your Bank Account or Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card.  Third party processing fees may apply.

Recurring Payments from your Bank Account

Enroll in Recurring payments from your bank account by logging into your account.  Or you can complete this form and send to us by mail or fax.

You may also enroll for Recurring (Automatic) Payments by completing an Auto Pay Enrollment Form.  Once this is completed, please send us the form by: 1. Faxing the form toll-free to 1-888-123-5555; 2. Sending an email to {email address}; or 3. Mailing the signed form to Challenge Financial Services, 1004 W. Taft Ave, Suite 100, Orange, CA 92865 .

Once your Auto Pay enrollment has been accepted, your account will be updated to reflect Auto Pay participation. This will take approximately seven business days.  If you payment is due within 7 days please make a payment first using one of our other methods and the first autopay will start the following due date.

Recurring (Automatic) Payments may be cancelled at any time by contacting [to be added].

Pay by cash at 7-Eleven or CVS with PayNearMe

Use PayNearMe to pay with cash at a nearby 7-Eleven or ACE Cash Express store. You can make cash payment at over 9,000 locations nationwide – most open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To make a payment with PayNearMe follow these three easy steps:

Click the ‘Get Your PayCode’ button to get your Payment Code printed or texted to your phone.Take your ‘Payment Code’ and cash to a nearby 7-Eleven or Ace Cash Express and show it to the cashier.Make your cash payment to the cashier and keep your receipt for proof of payment.

Pay by Cash with Moneygram

To make your payment with Money Gram you must take your payment and the payment fee in cash to a Money Gram agent near you.

You will need to provide your Receive Code 6321 and your Account Number.

Pay by Cash with Western Union

To make your payment with Western Union Quick Collect you must take your payment and the payment fee in cash to a Western Union Quick Collect agent near you.
